Please Review Before Signing
By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Plan documents and understand that:
-
The Home Protection Plan is a preventative maintenance, inspection, and monitoring program. It is not insurance and is not a repair contract.
-
Your annual membership automatically renews each term until canceled in writing.
-
Minor service work is limited to two (2) labor hours and $300 in value per visit, unless covered by an IWP warranty or separately authorized in writing.
-
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Kansas, and claims must be filed within one (1) year.
-
You will sign only once, on the Enrollment & Acknowledgment page in Part 3. That signature applies to the entire Agreement.
-
Recurring annual billing is authorized at online checkout, so no separate bank authorization form is required.
